To make registration as painless as possible for both you and the VDE Staff, please read the following before starting registration:
- DO NOT USE ALL CAPS – the staff must manually reset to standard case. This is a time-consuming process when dealing with 1500+ registrants.
- Use proper upper case / lower case when typing your name, address, and other info. Again, staff must correct any errors.
- Do not use parentheses to denote a nickname. We have provided a place for you to enter the name you wish to have on your name badge.
- Double check your email address as that is how we communicate with all registrants when necessary. A simple mistype in your email address will render any messages the system or we need to send to you as undeliverable.
- The address you enter MUST match the billing address on file for your credit card. If it does not match, the payment WILL NOT be processed.
- If you made an online payment, you will receive an email confirming your payment. Your registration is NOT VALID until payment has been received.
- Confirmation and payment emails will be sent to the email address you gave us. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
- Our 2025 Cancellation Policy:

No Refunds or Credits – there will not be refunds on Dance Passes for attendees who are unable to attend and pass purchases cannot be credited to future events.

Transfers – If you are unable to attend you may transfer your Dance Pass to another attendee, there will be an email form to fill out and a FORUM page on our Facebook page to post available dance registrations.

As an event attendee and pass purchaser, DDM Productions, Vegas Dance Explosion, it’s producers Doug & Jackie Miranda are not liable for any damages, injuries, or illnesses attained as result of attendance to the event. In addition, as a pass holder/purchaser to the event, the companies, it’s organizers and hosting property are to be held harmless from suits, claims, and/or demands of penalties in conjunction with this event.

As an attendee to the event, all rights are assigned to the event pertaining to the recording and use of attendees likeness for video and sound recordings, and authorizes full right for use in reproduction, sales, copyright exhibition, broadcast, advertising, and distribution without limitation or remuneration.
