Thank you for the tremendous success and extremely memorable times at the 2024 Vegas Dance Explosion on our 25th Anniversary.

Some would say the event this past year will be hard to beat, but we are definitely going to try!

We are happy to share with you some exciting details, updates, and information about our 2025 Vegas Dance Explosion!

Let’s start with Dance Passes for 2025
We are excited to announce the addition of a NEW pass this year! Our all-new DIAMOND PASS will be available in a very limited quantity during our EARLY BIRD sales event.

DIAMOND PASS

  • “Front-of-the-Line” access to all shows and events scheduled during VDE2025. This front-of-the-line access replaces the “Fast Pass” available in year’s past. Just like with its predecessor Fast Pass, the DIAMOND PASS will have first entry to all shows and events, including any “ticketed” events that may be added to the schedule for 2025. The addition of this new pass will rectify previous issues of fast pass upgrades not reflected on your name badge, or any confusion as to whether or not you included it in your purchase. This will also allow us to better monitor and control the entry and access process.
  • “No Wait” early access to registration pickup on Monday, pickup for Diamond begins 1 hour prior to other attendees
    • Note: Only Diamond Passes will be available at this time, you will not be able to pick up other attendee registration packets.
  • Access to all event workshops, non-ticketed events and showcases, and open dancing.

  • 2025 Event T-Shirt included with your Registration Packet.
    • Now with colors to choose from!
  • 2025 ID Badge with Lanyard.

PLATINUM PASS

Some Changes in store for our other varieties of Dance Passes:

DAY PASS

  • Access to all event workshops, non-ticketed events and showcases, and open dancing for ONE selected event Day.
    • Day Passes will not go on sale until Summer 2025.
    • Day Passes will be subject to a limited quantity.
    • Day Passes will only be valid for entry to the event from 9am until midnight on the selected day.
  • 2025 ID Badge with Lanyard.
  • Step Sheets Download QR Code or web link.
  • Access to our 2025 Event APP on your mobile device.

EVENING PASS

  • No longer available for purchase.
  • Day Pass now includes access to all evening dances and showcases.

SPECTATOR PASS

  • No longer available for purchase.
  • Due to security & usage concerns, these passes have been removed from our event.

DANCE PASS SALE DATES

• January 25th – April 30th – EARLY BIRD SALE – Diamond (while supply lasts), Platinum and Gold passes available at early-bird rate of $30-$40 off 2025 pricing.

• May 1st – July 31st – REGISTRATION SALE – Platinum and Gold passes available $10-$20 off 2025 pricing.

• August 1st – September 30th – Platinum, Gold, Day Passes available at 2025 pricing.

• October 1st – November 1st – Gold and Day Passes available at 2025 pricing.

• November 2nd – Registration Ends.

HOW TO REGISTER / PURCHASE

  • Online at vegasdanceexplosion.com
    • Online registrations this year will take place directly on our website, without having to go to an e-commerce site.
    • Square is our e-commerce card processor of choice and is regularly updated for security certificates and protocols. This will be used to process your purchase.
  • Mail In Registration MAY be available at a later date.
    • If you are unable to register online, we suggest having a trusted friend assist you with the process.

Now for Event Updates based on and inspired by your feedback from past events:

  • Dates have been confirmed for MONDAY to SATURDAY November 10th thru the 15th.
    • Note that the 2025 event will begin a day earlier and end on Saturday night for 2025.
  • Workshop/Event Schedules will be available at an earlier date for 2025, we are aiming for a full week prior to the event’s start date. Schedule could be amended up to the start date and including into the event.
  • A printed schedule will be included with each registration packet at pickup for Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Pass attendees. Each attendee with these passes will receive ONE printed copy. If lost or damaged, the FedEx Print Station at the hotel will have additional copies for purchase.
  • A digital version of the schedule will be available on our website during the event (hereby referred to as the Event App.) There will be a video tutorial available as well on how to use the digital version, mark it for workshops and events you want to attend, and how to properly display it on your mobile device.
  • Registration Pick-Up will have more signage and be directed by staff for ease and understanding.
  • Event Badges will be smaller than the 2024 event badge but will still maintain the “upgraded” look and feel.
  • Alternate forms of badge display will be available for sale at the Official Event Retail area.
    • Retractable Belt/Shirt Clips
    • Holders for ID’s, Credit Card, or Hotel Key
  • Event Security Upgraded
    • Our goal is to ensure that ONLY guests who have purchased event access are given access to the event and its festivities, so we have made the following upgrades to our Event access:
    • Unique Barcodes assigned to each attendee will be added to name badges and could be required for scanning at entry points.
    • Attendee’s image or “Selfie” will be added to each registrant’s profile/barcode/badge for identity comparison at entry points.
    • Door monitors posted during the event; Badges will be checked at entry points.
  • More seating/table space in our Line Dance Lobby.
    • We are adding MORE seating and tables to the Line Dance Lobby as well as additional seating in our 2 closest ballrooms for your use during the day and especially at lunch periods or open evening dancing times.
    • We are not going to monitor or “police” attendees from holding a seat but will encourage groups to NOT HOLD tables for long periods of time especially during heavy traffic times of the event.
  • Vendors will be relocated to the Convention Center lobby to allow for better viewing and relaxed atmosphere for your shopping needs. Vendors will also be restricted to apparel, footwear, and accessories!
  • Water Stations will be increased and better marked on our maps so that you will always know where to find them.
  • Printed MAPS displayed at each Entry point and a MAP on our Event APP.
  • ANY additional events added to the schedule that will be “TICKETED” will have:
    • Advanced Reserved Seating assigned at time of purchase.
    • Tickets will be in Registration packets.
  • There will be an added “ticketed” DINNER EVENT for 2025!
    • To be announced Summer 2025
    • Announcement will be made by Social Media and by Email notification to current attendees.
